The Expo includes the official 5K packet pickup along with local partners, food, coffee, family-friendly experiences, Village Games, raffle activations, the Purpose experience and opportunities to support the Community Track Project through GivJoi.
People do not have to be registered for the 5K to attend the Expo.
Official 5K packet pickup happens Friday night at the Expo. There is no race-morning pickup.

The Village Run™ 5K starts and finishes in The Glade between Kaiser Buildings A and B.
Arrive early enough to park, walk to The Glade, find your staging area, connect with the Village and be ready before the first start wave.

The 5K begins with staggered waves so runners, joggers, walkers and young families can move into the course smoothly.
This is a professionally chip-timed 5K. A participant’s official time begins when they cross the start timing line.
After runners return to The Glade, they enter the Village Run™ finish celebration. The finish line should feel like the beginning of the next part of the morning—not the end of the experience.

Runner and guest parking will be available on the Kaiser Permanente Vacaville campus.
Our team will be stationed at Kaiser to help direct traffic and guide participants into the designated parking areas.
When you arrive, follow Village Run signage and the direction of our parking attendants.
Arrive early. Give yourself time to park and walk to The Glade.

The Village Run raffle follows the finish celebration, and the morning continues into the Kaiser Permanente Community Health Fair.

Crossing the finish line doesn’t mean it’s time to head home.
Stay at Kaiser as the energy of the Village Run™ continues through the raffle and into the Kaiser Permanente Community Health Fair, officially beginning after the race.
